PQK defines outcomes as objects a team can show: a framed problem, a researchable question, a log, a revised model, and communication that admits misses. Outcomes are not ribbons invented for a homepage.

An outcome is a clearer folder

This page is for a visitor asking what students leave with. Leave with a trail from field friction to a question a peer could inspect a second person can mark. Narrow field friction into an inquiry question.

What this site will count

Count dated revisions, tests that could miss, and refusals that cost convenience. Keep four-column friction log, researchable question, dated evidence, revised model.

What this site will not count

Do not count certificates, streaks, or unnamed university pathways. A beautiful board carrying a dead question is not an outcome.
