Progress is a clearer artifact

This page is for the person asking whether the work moved. Count whether a trail from field friction to a question a peer could inspect is easier to mark than last week. Narrow field friction into an inquiry question.

What to count

Count dated revisions, empty nodes filled by sources, tests that could miss, refusals that cost convenience.

What not to count

Do not count streaks, new tools, or certificates. A longer weaker sentence is a useful failure: write the date.
