Name owners before you name the team

This page is for the team about to divide labor. If everyone owns a trail from field friction to a question a peer could inspect, nobody owns it. Name who writes, who tests or marks, who presents.

Roles that touch the work

Spectating is not a skill on this site. Each named role should be able to touch the artifact.

Mentors ask for the trail. They do not seize the build. Changing the quest every day so nothing ships is how roles become furniture.
