A longer cycle with a public date

This page is for a team that can protect more than one week. A lab is a longer run at a trail from field friction to a question a peer could inspect with a public check on the calendar.

What the lab files

File four-column friction log, researchable question, dated evidence, revised model across the cycle. Mentors ask for the trail. They do not seize the build.
